Why is this course unique?

Weak supervisors allow repeat human errors to occur in the workplace. Research shows that weak supervisors account for about 76% of human errors in groups they supervise. Moreover, as much as 20 days per year is spent correcting human errors and responding to the consequences of those errors. This course teaches supervisors how to effectively reduce human errors in the workplace by recognizing and mitigating error traps. By strengthening a supervisor’s skillset, human error rates of their team drop substantially.

Benefits of this course:

The techniques learned in this course will enable both supervisors and their team to reduce human errors and injuries in the workplace. Having less error significantly improves productivity and job satisfaction for everyone, and translates into higher organizational morale at all levels. The Error-Free habits, if practiced, would effectively prevent 95% of the errors made by four different levels of employees. This 95% prevention means that the error rate would decrease by a factor of 20.
