Error-Free® Procedure Use

Why is this course unique?

Error-Free® Procedure Use was developed based on PIIís analysis of root causes of more than 7,300 procedural errors in maintenance, operations, manufacturing, construction, security, support services, and engineering design. PII found that regardless of job functions, the root causes of procedural errors are common. Based on this finding, PII has developed this integrated and comprehensive training course to teach how to quantitatively assess the causes and reduce procedural errors. No other company has ever taken on this issue with a quantitative approach (which would reveal what % of the procedural errors are induced by what causes) and a full understanding about how to solve procedural problems in the most cost effective ways.

Benefits of this course:

For a typical company, about 50% of work relies on procedure use. To achieve an Error-Free® culture, Error-Free® procedural use is a must. Over the past 20 years, many industries have had numerous problems in procedural non-compliance or inadequate procedural design without an integrated and effective corrective action. This training course is the first and only training course to help workers achieve Error-Free® procedural use.
