We have an immediate opening for the position of Investigative Engineer (Full-Time). Applicant will provide on/off-site support to our senior consultants working at utilities in the power industry.
Job Description and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assistance with:
- Performing Engineering Calculations
- Statistical Analysis
- Data Review
- Investigative Reasoning and Problem Solving
- Technical Writing
- Presentation Development and Delivery of Non/Technical Material
- Miscellaneous Tasks
Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
- Ability to think independently;
- Ability to work overtime;
- Ability to travel 100 — 150 days per year
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, 0+ years of experience;
Software Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
