Our technology addresses the critical links between equipment performance, management performance, human performance, and organizational & programmatic (O&P) performance. We view performance issues not as isolated events, but instead as resulting from failures within the organizational whole. Thus, our methods focus on both systemic factors affecting human performance, such as program design, program implementation, organization knowledge and skills, organization culture and management control loops, as well as addressing prevention of human errors by individual contributors, supervision and management.
