This course makes the students to learn techniques to make QA/QC as a predictive and proactive program, nor a reactive program. “Predictive” means that the QA/QC would focused on the predictive problematic areas according to their risk. Fix them before thy become problems. Proactive means that instead of just fixing non-compliance (usually just symptoms) issues, the course will teach the techniques to find and fix the sources of the problems.
