Why is this course unique?
We have found more than 50% of errors are results of poorly designed procedures. This course teach students how to design a procedure that is simple and error-free. It teaches a rigorous 7- step design process, as rigor as designing a piece of equipment. We found that it is better to be rigorous to design the procedures right, versus designing them haphazardly and becoming error-prone. This course also teach students to predict the error rate before the procedure is published so that, if rates are unacceptable, it can be improved further.
Benefits of this course:
This course help students to design efficient and error-free procedures. It could save company millions of dollars because the procedure is error free and it’s easy to understand and to carry out.
