Why is this course unique?

This course provides a step-by-step approach to assess human performance, of an organization or a team, to determine if they are ready to perform job functions or tasks assigned to them. The inspection can be carried out periodically, before a major job, or before a task at the pre-job briefing.  Through the inspection, weak areas are identified and can be mitigated in a timely fashion.
