Why is this course unique?<\/h2>

This training course is developed, over a period of 33 years, based on the analysis of more than 43,000 human error events at various types of work environments, including nuclear power plants, manufacturing plants, customer service departments, sales departments, and corporate headquarters. It has been proven to reduce worker\u2019s human error rates by a factor of at least 10, relative to the conventional methods, such as STAR, check list, top 10 error traps, etc. The effectiveness has been demonstrated through 7 years of large-scale and small scale implementation experience. For different organization, different parts of 7+2 Error-Free habits are emphasized. For ease of memory, the 7+2 habits are divided into four stages:<\/p>

  • Stage 1: Error-Free habits in work order, procedure and spec preparation<\/li>
  • Stage 2: Error-Free habits in pre-job briefings<\/li>
  • Stage 3: Error-Free habits during work<\/li>
  • Stage 4: Error-Free habits after work<\/li><\/ul>

    Benefits of this course:<\/b><\/p>

    Error-Free habits are preventive measures. Root cause analysis and corrective actions are reactive measures. As such, after an error-induced event, using the root cause analysis to prevent the next event is more costly than prevention of the errors from the get-go. Moreover, inadequate root cause analysis, due to inadequate knowledge the fundamentals of causes of errors, often add more and more unnecessary burdens (such as layer-of-protections) to the organization.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>
