Error-Free® Safety Management for Safety Professionals

Why is this course unique?

This course shifts the approach of safety management from reactive to proactive, and predictive. The first part of this is course teaches fundamentals of safety management in establishment, training, monitoring, root cause analysis, and improving safety rules and safety training (six-sigma approach). The second part of the course teaches the real life data why workers still make errors and get injured, the mental states that cause injuries, and the effective corrective actions through mental state adjustment. The third part of the course is to teach students how to examine the safety rules, training, daily work practice, and accountability programs to predict where the injury will occur in the future. Through prediction, the most effective corrective actions could be formulated with instant improvements.
